THE NITTY GRITTY DETAILS

🌍 Starts at $25 USD an hour for up to 20 hours per week, paid monthly, with room to grow as our content output and brand presence continue to scale.

💫 We’re looking for someone who’s creatively invested in the mission - a steady, reliable team member who wants to help shape the long-term visual and storytelling direction of Move Abroad Coach.

🚫 This isn’t a filler gig, a short-term contract, or something to squeeze between multiple big clients. We’re looking for someone who wants this to be their creative home — the brand they’re excited to pour their best ideas into.

🕓 Flexible hours — results and creativity matter more than clocked time. We do need 3–4 hours of overlap with Central European Time (CEST) each weekday for content reviews, filming coordination, and collaboration, along with the ability to post and engage during US daytime hours.

🚀 During launches or big promotions, the pace picks up. We’ll move quickly, create more, and collaborate closely as a team. These seasons are planned ahead and balanced with slower, more spacious weeks afterward. All team members get two weeks paid vacation over the Christmas/New Year's holiday.

💻 We’re a remote, fast-paced creative team that values clarity, initiative, and clear communication. You’ll have autonomy in how you structure your work, but we expect follow-through, ownership, and content that reflects the quality of our brand.

🤝 We’re looking for someone who wants to grow with us. Someone excited to pitch ideas, elevate our creative output, and help refine and expand the MAC visual identity.

You understand the psychology behind what makes people take action, and you know how to turn ideas, coaching moments, and client wins into powerful, on-brand content that inspires connection and drives results.

🎥 Strong Content Creation Skills — You know Instagram and Reels inside out: trends, hooks, pacing, editing, captions, storytelling, and what actually gets people to stop scrolling.

✍️ Compelling Copywriting — You can write warm, human captions, podcast show notes, and promotional posts that feel aligned with our brand voice (and convert).

🎨 Design & Visual Creativity — Confident in Canva. You understand layout, spacing, color, and how to make graphics look clean and intentional.

💻 Tech-Savvy & Quick Learner — Comfortable with tools like Meta Business Suite, scheduling platforms (Later, Metricool, FG Funnels), Riverside, and basic analytics. You learn new tools fast.

🔁 Repurposing Genius — You can take one big idea and turn it into a Reel, carousel, caption, email, and Telegram post without losing the story or emotion.

🛠️ Familiarity with tools like ClickUp, Zapier, or FG Funnels — Not required, but helpful in our backend systems.

📱 Light experience with YouTube Shorts or TikTok — Not necessary, but great if you’ve played with short-form content outside Instagram.

OTHER DETAILS

💼 This is a part-time creative role, up to 20 hours per week for $25/hour — we value transparency, so we want you to know upfront exactly what the hours and pay look like.

💼 You’ll collaborate closely with the CEO (for messaging, storytelling, and creative direction) and the OBM (for alignment on launches, campaigns, and timelines).

💼 This role blends content strategy and content creation, including managing the social calendar, producing high-quality reels and graphics, and turning long-form content into engaging short-form assets.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Social Media & Content Creator is the creative engine behind the Move Abroad Coach brand — the person who brings Richelle’s voice, message, and vision to life across every platform. You’ll collaborate closely with Richelle (CEO) for messaging and storytelling, and with Evan (OBM) for alignment on launches, campaigns, and content strategy.

This role blends creativity with strategy. You’ll transform ideas, coaching moments, podcast episodes, and client wins into scroll-stopping content that inspires, educates, and converts. From Reels to carousels to emails, you’ll shape the online presence that connects our audience to the freedom-based life they want.

And because attention to detail matters in this role, here’s our favorite test: When you apply, include the phrase “I’m ready to create freedom” in the subject line of your email. Social Media & Content Creator Responsibilities

📅 Content Strategy & Planning

☑ Develop a monthly content calendar aligned with brand goals, ICA, and upcoming launches.

☑ Collaborate with Richelle to brainstorm creative ideas, shot lists, and story angles for Reels.

☑ Create content plans that blend education, storytelling, testimonials, and lifestyle imagery.

☑ Track analytics and engagement to identify what’s working and inform future strategy.

☑ Present fresh ideas for growth based on data, trends, and audience feedback.

🎥 Content Creation & Execution

☑ Write captions, hooks, and titles for Reels, posts, and Stories that convert.

☑ Edit and finalize Reels, short-form videos, and light podcast content for Instagram, Telegram, and email.

☑ Repurpose long-form content (podcast → email → carousel → Telegram) while maintaining voice and quality.

☑ Create branded graphics, banners, and visuals in Canva for marketing campaigns.

☑ Maintain a consistent brand voice, look, and tone across all channels.

☑ Draft weekly email newsletters inspired by podcast episodes or current themes.

Bonus: Light podcast editing in Riverside (training provided if needed).

💬 Engagement & Platform Management

☑ Schedule posts and manage daily publishing across Meta platforms.

☑ Monitor post engagement, reply to DMs and comments, and flag potential sales opportunities.

☑ Share and repost community wins, testimonials, and podcast highlights.

☑ Collaborate with the Community Manager to feature alumni stories and client moments.

☑ Support community-driven initiatives on Telegram and Facebook as needed.
